当院では、すべての患者様に安心して施術をお受けいただけるよう、キャンセルポリシーを定めております。ご予約の前にご確認いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

前営業日 16:00 まで
この時間までにご連絡いただいた場合、キャンセル料はかかりません。

- 土曜日のご予約をキャンセルされた場合は、土曜日加算 ¥1,650（税込）が加算されます
- キャンセル料はご予約いただいたメニューの合計金額をもとに算定いたします
- 院長施術（CO2レーザー・ピコスポット等）は範囲・大きさにより料金が変わるため、キャンセル料も変動いたします
- ご予約の変更・キャンセルは、お早めにご連絡いただけますと幸いです
前営業日16時以降および当日のキャンセルは、理由の如何を問わずキャンセル料が発生いたします。また、当日15分以上遅刻された場合はキャンセル扱いとなり、同様にキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
キャンセルのご連絡方法
- Web予約の施術 → Web上でのキャンセル操作のみ
- お電話・窓口でご予約の施術 → お電話のみ
ご予約直後および前日に、確認のリマインドメールをお送りしております。内容にお間違いがある場合は、お早めにご連絡ください。
クレジットカード事前登録について
Web予約をご利用いただく際は、事前のクレジットカード登録が必要です。
- 「施術予約」ボタンは、ログイン後、カードをご登録いただいている方のみに表示されます
- 登録いただいたカードは、キャンセル料が発生した場合のお支払いに使用いたします
- 事前決済ではございません。施術料金は当日窓口でのお支払いとなります
- カード情報は決済代行サービス「fincode byGMO」（GMOイプシロン株式会社／東証プライム上場 GMOペイメントゲートウェイ 3769 の連結会社）に登録されます
- 同サービスは国際的なカード情報保護基準PCI DSS に完全準拠しており、当院がカード番号を保持・閲覧することはありません
無断キャンセルについて
- 無断キャンセルが繰り返された場合、以降のご予約をお断りする場合があります
- キャンセル料が未払いの場合、次回の施術をお受けいただけないことがあります

- 取消周六的预约时，将在上述金额基础上加收周六附加费 ¥1,650（含税）
- 取消费用以您所预约项目的合计金额为准计算
- 院长治疗（CO2激光、皮秒祛斑等）的费用因范围和大小而异，取消费用也会相应变动
- 如需变更或取消预约，敬请尽早与我们联系
前一个营业日16点之后及当日取消预约的，无论任何理由均会产生取消费用。此外，当日迟到15分钟以上者视为取消预约，同样收取取消费用。

关于信用卡预先登记
使用网络预约时，需要事先登记信用卡。
- 「施術予約」（预约）按钮仅在登录后、且已登记信用卡的用户界面显示
- 所登记的信用卡将用于支付产生的取消费用
- 并非预先付款。治疗费用请于当日在前台支付
- 信用卡信息登记于支付代理服务「fincode byGMO」（GMO Epsilon 股份有限公司／东证Prime上市 GMO Payment Gateway 3769 的合并子公司）
- 该服务完全符合国际信用卡信息保护标准 PCI DSS，本院不会保存或查看您的信用卡号码
关于无故爽约
- 多次无故爽约者，本院可能会谢绝今后的预约
- 取消费用未支付的情况下，可能无法接受下次治疗
To ensure that every patient can receive treatment with peace of mind, our clinic has established the following cancellation policy. Please review it before making a reservation.

- A Saturday surcharge of ¥1,650 (incl. tax) is added to the above for Saturday appointments
- The fee is calculated based on the total price of the treatments you reserved
- For procedures performed by the director (CO2 laser, Pico Spot, etc.), prices vary by size and area, so the cancellation fee varies accordingly
- Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment
Cancellations made after 4:00 PM on the previous business day, or on the day of the appointment, incur a cancellation fee regardless of the reason. Arriving 15 minutes or more late is also treated as a cancellation and incurs the same fee.
How to Cancel
- Treatments booked online → online cancellation only
- Treatments booked by phone or at the reception desk → by phone only
We send a confirmation reminder by email immediately after booking and again the day before. Please contact us early if anything is incorrect.
Credit Card Registration
Credit card registration is required in advance to use online booking.
- The booking button (「施術予約」) appears only after logging in, and only for patients with a registered card
- The registered card is used to pay any cancellation fee that arises
- This is not a prepayment. Treatment fees are paid at the reception desk on the day of your visit
- Card details are stored with the payment provider “fincode byGMO” (GMO Epsilon, Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Payment Gateway, TSE Prime: 3769)
- The service is fully compliant with PCI DSS, the international standard for card data security, and our clinic neither stores nor views your card number
No-Shows
- Repeated no-shows may result in our declining future reservations
- If a cancellation fee remains unpaid, we may be unable to provide your next treatment
